Parking

There are zones in the Town of Sintra where payment is required in order to park your vehicle on public roads. These zones are duly signposted. In order to validate your parking, you should acquire the respective ticket from parking meters. Payment can be made with €0.05, €0.10, €0.20, €0.50, €1.00 and €2.00 coins. The meters do not give change, for which reason the total amount inserted is converted into parking time.

You can also use the Portela de Sintra 24 Hour car park. This park is connected to bus and train services. The maximum fare / day is 1.50€ (including VAT)
